Network Marketing business Nurturing system ? MLM Internet ...

In my last post, we all (our commentors and I) discussed an mlm leads conversion system. There is one more system that John Assaraf (teacher in the movie ?The Secret?, bestselling author, lecturer, business growth expert and entrepreneur) says that all businesses require to be successful.
Build relationships with people
And, this last system is a ?Nurturing System? (or follow up/relationship building system). A Network Marketing business is different from most traditional businesses because we need an additional nurturing system for our business partners. In fact, we could have a number of different follow up systems:

1) Follow up with people who didn?t purchase our products the first time,
2) Follow up with people who purchased our products and might want to purchase more.
3) Follow up with prospects who haven?t joined our Team yet.
4) Follow up with our business partners who HAVE joined our Team.

A lot of Network Marketing companies will already have a system in place to follow up with existing customers and business partners. However, it?s really important for you as a leader to also follow up with your team, so you can coach and mentor them toward success.

When you first get started, you will be able to follow up with your team either face to face, on the phone and by email. However, it won?t be long before some tools and other resources will be very helpful to you.

You will definitely want these tools to follow up with people who have NOT purchased products and/or have NOT joined your team. Here?s a list of some of the tools: ? ?

1) Skype.com is a fantastic VOIP system where you can speak with anyone (who has an internet connection) for free. Or, you can call their landline for a small fee. You can share your screen with the other person who?s also on skype, which will make training much easier.

2) An Autoresponder is really important for following up with people. I like Aweber the best.

Recently, my business partner has been purchasing local leads, and we couldn?t use Aweber to follow up with those people. So, we?ve purchased our own autoresponder for marketing to these local leads. This is working out really well. If you?d like to know where I bought the script, just ask me.

3) Your own online webinar room. Having your own webinar room is necessary, so you can train your business partners, and market to those people on your list. This is a really useful tool. I?ve used many over the years and now using GVO Conferencing which is very INexpensive. However, it has all the features necessary to do training and collaboration with others.

4) Video ? purchase a digital camera (with a good microphone) from which you can take some videos for following up with prospects and business partners.

5) Online communication ? you might have a discussion forum or a facebook group or page used to follow up with people. This way, you can easily share questions and answers with the whole group. You could also use a Yahoo or Google Group, so you can communicate by email. Sometimes that?s much easier for people to communicate than an online forum.

If you know of some other tools that you use for following up with people, please let me know in the comments below. Would love to hear about them!
