September 13, 2012 - November 30, 2012Location:Portland, ORSalary Range:CompetitiveExempt/Non-Exempt:ExemptBenefits:Please refer to the Benefits tab of our Application WebsiteEmployment Type:Full TimeDepartment:Data Breach ResponseDescription:The Director will be responsible for the development of a growing service delivery function which currently encompasses risk assessment, forensic and data breach response services. This role will require an individual that not only can provide structure and vision as this business unit grows, but will also be involved with and responsible for the execution of day to day projects.

As part of this role, the Director will work in tandem with his/her project managers to assign professional services employees to specific client engagement projects with the goal of effectively balancing resource utilization needs with planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilizations, and staffing needs. Works with management to identify delivery partner resource needs to ensure resource availability. Responsible for adherence to operational policies and pricing of proposals while supporting the sales process. Leads team of consulting services professionals as well as our external network of outsourced consultants and partners in providing delivery of high quality services to our customers in a timely manner. This role will look for new business opportunities during engagements with current clients as well as assist the account management team in understanding client satisfaction with the ID Experts team involved in their project.

Duties:The primary responsibility for this role will be the delivery of solutions as defined in a statement of work with a focus on client satisfaction and positive outcomes. Assist consultants in staffing new and existing client engagements. Manage Data Breach Response Team. Develop and maintain mechanisms for resource management. Interact with members of the consulting team and sales department to manage customer expectations, develop schedules, and manage consultants assigned to the resulting engagements to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure that all legal and fiscal policies such as time conformance, engagement length and client invoicing are honoured. Where needed be the primary lead for client engagements and perform risk assessments, audits or be a part of a breach response project.

Additional Duties:

? Develope a roadmap for service functions, delivery mechanisms and procedures that will allow the business unit to scale for future growth
? Participate in marketing efforts, including social networking functions such as blogging, etc
? Participate in regional and national conferences/events, both as an attendee and speaker as required
? Travel to client locations for engagement meetings
? Resolve resource conflicts between project managers
? Actively track resource launch dates from project coordinators/managers
? Forecast consultant/team vacation requirements
? Maintain consultant resumes
? Maintain project files
? Review invoices prior to client delivery
? Conduct performance reviews
? Manage consultant ?bench time?
? Contact partner organizations for assistance with complex engagements
? Manage client relationships and report project progress
? Flexible working hours, at times requiring evening, weekend, or distance work.

Qualifications:Required Skills:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive, confidential, and urgent issues.
? Proven organizational skills including the ability to manage a wide-array of projects simultaneously
? Capable of independent and creative problem solving
? Strong work ethic
? Highly proficient computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
? Effectiveness at building collaborative relationships and working effectively with internal departments, clients, vendors, management, and peers.
? Project costing / estimating.

Required Experience and/or Education:

? 5 ? 7 years experience in resource management with a preference for service based businesses
? 10+ years consulting experience
? BA/BS College Degree, with an advance degree or MBA preferred
? Prior experience in a professional services delivery function
? Certification through IAPP (CIPP) and HCCA (CHPC)
? CISSIP certification preferred, but not required
? Demonstrated understanding of state and federal law for data breach and privacy matters preferred
? Familiarity with risk assessment principles and frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, ISO, COBIT) preferred
