Dark Roleplay*Wanting a writing collaboration*

I have recently thought a dark idea...although thats all it is right now a simple idea. I would like to collaborate with one or two people on the plot, tone, etc.

My basic idea is having the story center on a few families of the criminal underworld. Although not your ordinary type families of the mob. These criminals can be in contact with the supernatural ranging from demons to shadow creatures etc. These 'inhuman' groups generally disguise themselves as simple people with simple lives. For example that tattoo artist with the young teenage rebel can control the ink itself making it into a personal weapon, while the youth can use it to track others. That shady coroner is stealing blood and organs from his clients and selling them to dark creatures such as necromaners and vampires etc.

So this is a basic idea. I am completely willing to tweak any aspect of it aside from the fact it will be dark roleplay it is not going to be all rainbows and sugars...maybe on the occasion a kitten will show up.
